The original blueprint for the Endeavor was stored in the Zion archive’s Historical File 12-1, which covers the creation and development of machines. The devices, designed by man to perform simple tasks similar to himself, worked nonstop to fulfill their orders.

They never earned any respect, though. One day, machine B1-66ER is the first to take a stand against his master and kill him. He is arrested and put on trial. The robot metropolis is cut off from the United Nations, and its ambassadors are ejected, beginning a trade conflict to safeguard the human economy against superior goods. When a trade conflict develops into a global war, the machines begin an unstoppable invasion.

To try and block out the machine’s major energy source, man darkens the sky, but the machines keep coming. The Matrix is created as a last resort of defense, but it only delays the end. Finally, the man goes into space and destroys machine planet 01 with almost all of his remaining forces.

The Second Renaissance was originally released on June 24th, 2003, in Japan and later re-released internationally along with Final Flight of Osiris on December 22nd, 2004, under The AniMatrix collection. A private investigator, Ash, is weary of his profession. It’s not as thrilling as he imagined it would be, and on top of that, both his refrigerator and bank account are empty. If this is yet another husband wanting his wife shadowed, Ash promises to his cat Dinah that if the phone rings again, he’ll give up his job. However, the man on the phone is a completely different individual. Trinity is a computer hacker who must be found.

The caller refuses to give his name, but when Ash looks at his bank account balance recently updated, he is quickly persuaded to take on the project. Something odd happens when Ash begins looking into it. He isn’t the first detective attempting to find this mysterious hacker man.

This is the first Matrix film that was not written by Andy and Larry Wachowski, but instead by Shinichiro Watanabe of Cowboy Bebop fame. This short debuted on November 18th, 2003, in Japan before being released later internationally under The AniMatrix collection along with A Detective Story(Ai Senshi) on December 22nd, 2004. Thomas A. Anderson is a dual personality. He is both an everyday computer programmer by day and a hacker known as Neo by night. The youngster looks out of the window to see men in dark suits approaching him on their skateboards and flees immediately. The boy’s life changes when a runaway girl enters his world, and they share experiences that send him on an odyssey.

The novel’s second half is book-ended by two moments: the Zion Cypher and Morpheus, leader of The Resistance Encampment, telling Neo that they have 72 hours left before their last human enclave falls under attack from an army of over 250 thousand machine sentinels programmed to destroy all humans. As if these threats weren’t enough for one person to handle, dark visions disturbingly cloud his thoughts when he tries to come up with a plan on what can be done about them while still trying desperately hard not to let this hope die out along with everything else around him crumble in ruins.

The reader follows our protagonist (Neo) as he struggles within himself whether or not to execute”the Oracle prophecy,” which many believe has great power but only brings more misery to the Matrix. As he starts becoming afraid, Morpheus persuades him not to give up hope and allows Neo’s mind to be free so that his imagination can run wild with countless possibilities of how Zion may have survived.

He assures nobody can listen because he blocked all communications with his interface so they’re safe from those that would want to hear what we say,, but just knowing this doesn’t make either one feel any better as they admit their own inner turmoil before coming together on realizing how much time spent apart cost them both if only being able to talk could fix everything.
