That’s incredibly frustrating! Dealing with error codes and spinning circles can be maddening, especially when your other streaming apps work smoothly. Have you tried reaching out to Paramount+ support about the persistent issues and error codes?

I have Google fiber, so no bandwidth problems here. The Paramount plus AP freezes constantly when it is switching between commercials and shows. It is not my devices either, as they all do it. This has been an issue for years. PARAMOUNT!!!! It is NOT THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY to compensate for you bad software code that no other streaming services have a problem with. Who the crap wants to reboot, reset a modem and reinstall a program multiple times a day (when they have perfect Google fiber bandwidth). Get your SH#t to gether and stop burdening your customers with your problems.

    • Liam Arthur says:

I am sorry to hear that. Experiencing freezing issues with Paramount Plus during commercial transitions is frustrating. If the problem persists despite having a reliable Google Fiber connection, consider clearing the cache of your streaming device.
If that doesn’t work update your Paramount+ app, also verify that your devices meet the minimum system requirements for the Paramount Plus app. Compatibility issues can contribute to performance issues. Good luck!
