Britney’s new and influential lawyer has definitely stirred things in a courts room. And that was highly expected as the famous Lawyer Mathew Rosengart, has taken her case. The lawyer has worked on cases for Hollywood A-listers.
Mathew has worked for stars like Steven Spielberg and his Amblin Entertainment, actors Sean Penn, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder and Johnny Depp, Pearl Jam.
Previously Britney wasn’t even being allowed to hire an attorney of her choice, neither was she able to end her father’s conservatorship.
Now finally even the doctors support that removing Jamie Spears would be good for Britney’s health. As per new legal docs obtained, the singers’ doctors are in favour of getting rid of Jamie Spears as Britney’s conservator.

This claim made in the reporting would be a major game-changer in the 13-year long conservatorship issue. If the medical team believes that damage is being done in the case due to her father, the repercussions of this would be very serious in court!
This medical filling has appeared in the same week that Mathew Rosengrant petitioned officially to suspend and remove Jamie Spears from the conservatorship.
Attorney Laurieann Wright filed the documents on July 28th, as he represents Spears temporarily when her conservator, Jodi Montgomery is not available.
Montgomery has the singer’s complete support and free hand on the matters of her case. He stated, that Britney wants her father off from her conservatorship and creating an agreement with Montgomery.
The document notes that Montgomeryegomery comes to the conclusion that,
Jamie Spears should not continue to act as … Conservator of the Estate, because he’s doing so is not in the best interest of Britney Spears.
Further adding,
Medical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of the Conservatee for Mr. Spears to remain Conservator.
CPA Jason Rubin has been appointed by Montgomery to manage Britney’s finances as long as she is in the conservatorship.
Jamie’s has been atop the conservatorship since 2008 as he asked the court to place her daughter under legal guardianship as many incidents regarding her had been circulating around that time.
Montgomery’s documents are a great victory in the Britney Spears case, who is of course, against her father being a candidate of being her conservator. After two weeks of Britney testifying that she wants to remove her father from the position, Rosengart filed a petition to remove her father from the conservatorship.
Rosengart wrote in the legal document,
Indeed, serious questions abound concerning Mr. Spears’s potential misconduct, including conflicts of interest, conservatorship abuse and the evident dissipation of Ms. Spears’s fortune, which Mr. Spears has effectively controlled since 2008.
While on the other hand, Jamie Spear’s lawyers have not accepted the allegations placed on him in the present of the past. On the 23rd of June, the singer gave a heartbreaking statement in court where she told the judge about how difficult and abusive the conservatorship had become. She pleaded for it to be over, which led the judge to press charges against him.
When the extremely important and anticipated case took place, fans of Britney were totally out on the streets with #FreeBritney posters. Another development that has taken place is stated by Montgomery.
Rosengart wrote in the filings reviewed by Insider,
Mr. Spears has profited handsomely from his daughter’s conservatorship. By way of illustration only, since at least 2009, Mr. Spears has been paying himself $16,000 per month from Ms. Spears’s Estate, $2,000 more than he has allotted to Ms. Spears,
Rosengart added.
Mr. Spears also pays himself an additional $2,000 per month for office expenses – again, from Ms. Spears’s Estate.
