Kim Kardashian is apparently looking to get back on the dating scene and this time she is allegedly looking to kindle a romance with someone outside of the spotlight.
2022 was quite the year for Kardashian’s love life as she went through her publicly messy divorce from Kanye West and then also parted ways with SNL alum Pete Davidson. However, the reality TV diva is allegedly ready to date again but wants a partner who is quite different from all of the men she has previously been with.
After her whirlwind romance with Davidson ended last summer, Kardashian is looking for potential matches outside of the limelight, maybe in an attempt to catch a break from public attention herself. A source has claimed that Kim has once again instructed her friends to start setting her up on dates again. While discussing the situation with a gossip magazine, the source claimed:
“Kim hasn’t been dating but is ready again. She took a breather after Pete [Davidson], but she is interested now. She would love to date someone who isn’t famous in Hollywood.”
The source further said that Kim believes a finance guy would be the perfect match for her.
“Kim has a lot of things going on that make her happy. She would love to share it all with a partner too,” they said.
Fans across the world are delighted that the Skims founder is opening herself up to the idea of love again. She has traditionally had partners that are within the entertainment industry such as rappers, athletes, and performers. The fact that she is now looking for someone who won’t attract as much media attention and paparazzi interest.
This seems like a deliberate move on the reality star’s part as dating someone like that may give her a nice break from the spotlight herself. This especially makes sense since Kim has been honest with the public about how her glitzy lifestyle has continued to impact her personal life and her children’s lives. so it makes sense that she is likely looking for someone more lowkey to combat this.
That said, only time will tell if the move will work out as intended as all of Kim’s relationships have attracted widespread interest in the past and have led to lots of tabloid stories. So for all we know, dating Kim may pull her partner into the spotlight rather than pulling her out of it.
