It has been 8 years since the Hollywood heartthrob left this world. Meadow Walker, daughter of Paul Walker, paid tribute to her late father on his 8th death anniversary.
Meadow Walker is an American model and the daughter of famous Fast & Furious actor Paul Walker. Born as the only child of Paul and Rebecca Soteros, Meadow Walker came into this world on November 4, 1998. Her parents didn’t keep a high profile of their daughter, and she didn’t appear publicly until she stepped into modeling. She kicked off her career with DNA Models in 2017. She has also worked with Proenza Schouler and Givenchy, which she wore at her wedding ceremony in August 2021. Moreover, the 23-year old model opened Givenchy’s Fall-Winter 2021 ready-to-wear modeling show.
Paul Walker is famously known for his role in the Fast & Furious movies. In an unfortunate event on November 30, 2013, Walker, along with his friend Rodas, who was driving the car, met a fatal accident as their car crashed into a lamp post and two trees, catching fire. Both onboard died of multiple trauma and burns as their bodies were charred beyond recognition.
Fast forward 8 years, Meadow Walker continues to honor the legacy of his father. On Tuesday, she took to Instagram, posting an old photo of Paul holding her in his arms as a little kid with her arms tenderly wrapped around his neck. She captioned her post, “I love and miss you endlessly. Today and everyday I celebrate your life, your love. And you, my best friend.” Fast & Furious Jordana Brewster reacted with a heart emoji, while Ludacris commented with a prayer emoji. The 22-year old supermodel Meadow Walker also attended the ‘F9’ premiere that happened in June to pay tribute to her father.
In another post, Meadow urged those who wanted to honor her late father by donating to Paul Walker Foundation to raise funds for Giving Tuesday and Toys for Tots. “To honor my dad’s legacy, we hope you’ll join us to Do Good. Today, profits from our Limited Edition PWF Yeti Mug will go directly to #ToysForTots 🧸💜💞💓⭐️ Happy Giving Tuesday!” she wrote in the caption. “Our Foundation Family plays a crucial role in our mission to #DoGood. Your support allows us to spread goodwill where it’s needed most, transforming lives and caring for our planet in the process. From building schools, to advocating for ocean conservancy, to our annual scholarship, affecting positive change is at the heart of everything we do. We love and appreciate you 💜⭐️💓💙,” she continued.

Cody, Paul’s brother, also commented on Gibson’s Instagram post stating, “Today is never easy but talking on the phone for the last two hours made all the difference. ❤️ You brother.”
Meanwhile, Vin Diesel, the fast friend of Paul and the Godfather of Meadow Walker, also paid tribute to his late co-star. Diesel posted a picture of Meadow as a bride and his daughter as the maid of honor.
Diesel remembered, how one day Walker felt something wasn’t right as they filmed scenes in the fourth sequel of the Fast & Furious. As Diesel recalls it, Walker came to him looking concerned and asked him what was on his mind.
“I told you that I was about to have a baby and didn’t know what to expect at the hospital which I was heading to after work,” Diesel stated. “Will never forget what you told me… you said a lot of tough guys will tell you to wait out side of the delivery room, but that’s wrong. Go in there, actually cut the umbilical cord and it will be the best day of your life.”
“It’s been eight years today… and not a day goes by that I don’t reflect of the brotherhood we were blessed to have… but you know that. Tragedies in life are always followed by life’s blessings if you just stay open and have faith. Look at this photo Pablo, it will make you smile. The same angel that you helped me prepare for in the most beautiful way with your brotherly advice is the same angel that precious Meadow asked to be her Maid of Honor,” he continued.
Meadow previously celebrated what would have been the 48th birthday of her father in September; she wrote in a caption on social media, “Happy birthday daddy, I love you,” while sharing a throwback photo.
In October, Meadow got married to actor Louis Thornton-Allan in the Dominican Republic. Though the wedding was kept as a small and private event, friends and family of Paul Walker were present, including Vin Diesel, who walked Meadow down the aisle with her daughter.
