The actress is currently occupied with the MCU, as WandaVision releases Phase 4, filming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in London. Development stopped at the Benedict Cumberbatch and Sam Raimi sequel due to the coronavirus pandemic, so the Scarlet Witch actress has some spare time on her hands to indulge in the promotion of her ongoing Disney+ series.
The MCU extends its scope via a series string exclusively for Disney+. But, aside from that, the franchise itself is getting bigger as Marvel Studios tackles the multiverse properly. The idea was introduced in Phase 3 with movies like the original Doctor Strange and Ant-Man. As part of this new effort, forthcoming projects are expected to further explore the concept of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Spider-Man 3. If the general assumption comes to fruition, so does WandaVision.
