It begins with a battle for the soul of a young boy, then takes them to places they’ve never been before in the history of the United States, as a murder suspect claimed demonic possession as a defense.
The film was originally scheduled for a September 2020 release, but due to the COVID-19 epidemic, it was delayed. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It was released by Warner Bros.
Although critics praised Wilson and Farmiga’s performances, they criticized the writing and panned it as being weaker than the previous installments.
