Hulu, the popular streaming platform, is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year with a series of events and promotions. To mark the occasion, Coca-Cola has launched a new limited edition flavor at Disney World and Disneyland, inspired by the streaming service.
As part of its anniversary celebrations on March 12, Hulu has announced a slew of new content, including premieres, finales, and partnerships with major networks. The platform is also offering exclusive deals and promotions as a way of saying thank you to its 48 million subscribers for their years of support.
“History of the World, Part II,” “UnPrisoned,” “Boston Strangler,” “Up Here,” “Great Expectations,” and “RapCaviar,” to name a few, are some of the content that has generated interest.
Joe Earley, president of Hulu, said in a statement: “Celebrating 15 years as an industry-leading streaming service is truly remarkable. Hulu has navigated the ever-changing landscape by delivering our subscribers enthralling and award-winning content, characters and storylines that have defined the cultural zeitgeist, while also driving innovation and advertising experiences. We are incredibly grateful to the millions of subscribers, fans, creators, talent, content partners, advertisers, and Hulugans who have made it all possible, and never stopped having fun along the way.”
A month-long rollout of debuts and finales, called “15 Days of New Content” by Hulu, will include:

Furthermore, Hulu’s main page showcased a unique assortment highlighting the TV series and films that have shaped Hulu’s legacy over the last 15 years till 12th March. The set included movies/series such as Prey, “Only Murders in the Building,” “The Handmaid’s Tale,” “The Kardashians,” “Nine Perfect Strangers,” and “Vacation Friends”.
Moreover, Hulu and Coke collaborated to release the tasty limited-edition “Hulu Fanta Surprise”, a Coca-Cola Freestyle flavor, which combines sweet lime and ginger. To alleviate its overall look, it is green to match the main color scheme of the streaming platform. From March 12 until April 30, the new Fanta flavor will be offered in a few selected places around the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.

To further add, Hulu subscribers will have the opportunity to benefit from a wide range of special deals and instant discounts from companies like BarkBox, Brooklinen, Casper, Casetify, Lovesac, The Comfy, and Hulu’s online store Shop Hulu. Hulu and BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer with a mission, have teamed up to create a special line of merchandise containing Hulu faves. On March 31, customers can shop for clothing, accessories, collectibles, home goods, and more at their neighborhood BoxLunch location or online at www.BoxLunch.com. For every $10 spent with BoxLunch, a meal is donated to a nearby food bank to help combat the nation’s hunger epidemic.
