Chris Rock Roasts NBA Star Kyrie Irving and Other Anti-Vaxxers on Naïve COVID Vaccination Stance

Chris Rock

Legendary comedian and actor; Chris Rock threw some jabs at anti-vaxxers, specifically NBA star Kyrie Irving saying: ‘You Dumb Kyrie Motherf*cker!’

Rock, 59, on Wednesday, appeared on stage in a concert at Brooklyn Steel in New York City featuring several bands and comedians. The comedian was asked to introduce The Strokes; however, he took a moment to throw some hilarious punches.

The iconic comedy star showed his solidarity with the medical community in supporting masses rolling up their sleeves to get the COVID-19 vaccine jabs.

He specifically mentioned one famous unvaccinated person in particular: Kyrie Irving, NBA’s Brooklyn Nets player, who has naively refused to fulfill New York City’s vaccination directive that all professional athletes must be vaccinated to play at public venues. On the other hand, besides athletes, American actor Sean Penn Doubles Down to Make Vaccination Mandatory in Theaters and on Set

While on the mic, during his intro spot, Rock addressed people while calling out Irving:

“I haven’t seen any shows since COVID,”

“Has anybody been like, ‘Throw your mask in the air, and wave it like you just don’t care?”

“Where’s my anti-vaxxers at? Where you at?”

He further roared in a riotous manner: “You f****** dumb Kyrie motherf******.”

Rock, who is a regular presence at New York Knicks games, advised fans to get vaccinated in September. He further explained that he had tested positive for the COVID, despite having been vaccinated. While taking on to social media, he tweeted:

“Hey guys I just found out I have COVID, trust me you don’t want this. Get vaccinated.” (Sept. 19, 2021)

While on the contrary, American broadcaster Wendy Williams, the aggressive and equally witty anchor of the daytime syndicated talk show, was recently tested positive for a breakthrough case of Coronavirus. Wendy Williams is Stable & Battling Against Covid-19; because of this, the Season 13 debut of “The Wendy Williams Show” has been postponed.

However, the comedian has been a loud voice for COVID-19 prevention for a long time. In the early days of the deadly pandemic, he uprightly endorsed mask-wearing, testing, and social distancing. Furthermore, Edgar Ramirez, the “Jungle Cruise” star and Golden Globe candidate, lost his grandmother to Covid-19 due to a lack of vaccines in Venezuela a little over a month ago.

In May 2021, while appearing in The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon show, Rock revealed in the interview that he had received the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. He told Fallon:

“You know, I skipped the line, too … I didn’t care,” he continued: “I used my celebrity, Jimmy. I didn’t care. I was like, ‘Step aside, Betty White. Step aside, old people. Judge Judy, kiss my ass. I did Pootie Tang, let me in the front of the line.’ I was like Billy Zane on the Titanic, I tell you that. Leo [DiCaprio] died. Billy Zane lived to see another day. I don’t want to be Leo at the bottom of the ocean. Billy Zane got another woman after that thing.”

Hey readers, many people have found out that they have COVID, and believe me when I say you shouldn’t have it. So take it seriously and vaccinate yourself.
