During the interview, Wallace brought up Jackman’s nine previous appearances in the role and then inquired, “People have, over the years, pondered the question, did he juice? Did he take steroids?”

“No, I love my job. And I love Wolverine,” Jackman said. “I have to be careful what I say here, but I have been told anecdotally what the side effects are of that. And I was like, ‘I don’t love it that much.’

Jackman added, “So no, I just did it the old-school way. And I tell you, I’ve eaten more chickens — I’m so sorry to all the vegans and vegetarians and to the chickens of the world. Literally, karma is not good for me. If the deity has anything related to chickens, I’m in trouble.”

Jackman’s commitment to maintaining his health and well-being is evident in how he trains and eats. He is known to follow a rigorous workout routine, which includes a combination of strength training, cardio, and functional exercises.

He also follows a healthy diet high in protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates.

It is confirmed that Jackman will reprise his role as Wolverine in the upcoming “Deadpool 3,” which will include Ryan Reynolds as the title character. The actor who won the Tony Award announced that the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movie would include a whole new character version.

“When I keep thinking of Ryan and me of Deadpool and Wolverine, which are classic comic-book rivals, there’s also a dynamic that I’ve never really got to do before as Wolverine,” Jackman told Chris Wallace. “I just thought, ‘This is going to be fun. Something I’ve never done before. I can’t wait.”

The actor who plays Son disclosed to Eric Kohn of IndieWire that his turn as Wolverine caused him to be concerned about being typecast as a stern action star.

“I didn’t want to do the same things,” Jackman said. “You know, the role of the hero action star. I mean, it was the meat-and-potatoes of many American films, that archetype. It was all various forms of heroic guys in tough situations. I was like, ‘Uh, no. This is a problem.'”

Jackman also addressed the fact that he was approached for the role of James Bond before the casting of Daniel Craig, noting that he declined the offer.

“I had a look at it. I was like, ‘If I’m doing that and Wolverine, I’ll have no time to do anything else.’ I clearly find it more interesting to play people who color outside the lines.” Jackman stated

Jackman also spoke about the importance of setting an excellent example for others, particularly young people who may look up to him as a role model. He stated that he wants to be a positive influence and that using steroids would go against his values.
